Return and Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing Boca Med Tech for your used medical equipment needs. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns:
a. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for all items.
b. If the item is defective or not as described, the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
c. If the item is as described and the buyer wishes to return it, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and outbound shipping expenses.
d. Items purchased as new and returned in used condition without a defect will be subject to a restocking fee of 20-40% based on the item's condition.
e. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 407-416-3491 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
f. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the return package. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.
g. All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
h. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.
i. Refunds for eligible returned items will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs, within 5 business days after approval of the return.
2. Refunds:
a. Refunds will be processed for eligible returned items as per our return policy.
b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
c. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Items marked as "For Parts" or "As-is."
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
b. We may require photo evidence or additional information to process the claim.
c. Once the claim is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly.
